The hotel is cute and the food was delicious. the location is great, being close to the lakes, park, and restaurants.

Clean place and particularly good location, loved very very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good and the roof top bar was a plus. Location: the hotel was right by park. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Laguna de Las Ilusiones. The free parking was on-site, efficient service. The pool on the premises was great.

There were a few negatives during my stay. there was ongoing roadwork nearby, causing disruptions to traffic and making it difficult to access the hotel by car or taxi.

During my business trip in the city, I appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms that were provided along with their useful little kitchens. the pool on the hotel's rooftop has an unforgettable sunset view, which made my stay even more special. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were taken care of promptly.

The hotel did have some negative aspects. the pet policy seemed impractical with a fee of 300 pesos plus an added 150 pesos per pet per night.
